Looking for christmas gift baskets!?

I am looking to buy 2 nice dog gist baskets of treats for my 2 dogs, loking to spend 40-60 dollars, any ideas???

I agree. Making your own will probably be more cost effective, and you get to put things in there that you'd like to see in the gift basket. I would buy a variety of trial sized treats and buy a few toys and split them up between the two baskets. I would buy new bowls and use those as a basket and get plastic wrap and a bow to hold the whole thing together. Use a dog bone as a bow.
Reply:pet store? dog magazines? why dont you just buy them like,a sweater or something or a toy? it cost less,and it lasts longer. just get them that and trust me,they will like it alot better. :P

Reply:I agree that making your own is the best bet. When you buy pre-made baskets in your price range, the contents are most likely going to be cheaply made and not very nutritious and the cheaply made toys can be dangerous to your pet. You can find the baskets at your local dollar store and then just visit your local favorite pet store to get the goodies. Alot of times you can find cheap or even free samples of treats. I would rather spend a few extra bucks on chew toys to make sure they will not harm my dog if some of it is ingested and the toys that come in some of those baskets are ridiculous. You can also look on the Internet for recipes on how to make your own natural dog treats at home and if you are a crafty person, you can even make the toys yourself. Good Luck!!

Reply:You will probably not find one for that price range. I have looked myself and found most start at $80 for anything. I made my own for about that price and he loved it.
