Reply:If you are selling wine or such in your gift baskets then yes... even if you are giving away wine and such yu must have a liq. lic. if it is done in a certain volume....
Reply:What I heard was in any state, liquor license is extremely difficult and expensive to obtain. For you business (your project), it may not make sense to do so. Also if your basket contains wine, you may not be able to send it to certain states. (You need to check each state law).
