Gift Basket ideas for a person just getting a car?

My brother is just turning 16 and I want to make him a gift basket of items that he can use in his car. Examples: Air fresheners, First aid kits, car cleaners, an ice scraper. I am looking for some other creative ideas. Any suggestions???

You might get him a small tool kit, battery charger cables, a good flashlight, get a few gift certificates to a car wash, get one of those smaller plastic tubs with a lid, put all of it in there and use some jute twine to wind around it ribbon like and tape the card to the top. When he opens it he can keep the plastic tub in his trunk and keep his auto items organized!


Remember 16 year olds can always use a gas certificate too!
Reply:I would suggest also like some car CLEANER stuff, esp for boys. Like some wax, or maybe brushes he can wash and detail in with. Interior wipes, a car charger for the type of phone that he has, steering weel cover or accessories he might like, a tire gauge, a little oranizer thing for maybe like a pen or two, a pad of paper and like er numbers or something. Map book, extra washer fluid for windshield, how is that so far?
Reply:They have really cool kits at Target I got them for all the guys for Christmas it's from the people who make the Armor All cleaners, and they come in a handy nice bag that you can keep in your trunk and even put tools and stuff in. It costs about 20 dollars and they have a few to choose from, that way the gift is already put together and has a theme.

Istead of a basket you can put the items in a bucket with a sponge and soap so he can was his new car too.
