I am attending a wedding this weekend. The couple registered for a couple of Longaberger baskets, I sell them so I got a basket for them at a discount. I want to put something in the basket but I am at a loss for what to put in it. The problem is, they are not the normal couple. They are a bit..odd..different than most. I am not sure if a "Honeymoon" basket with wine and candles, things like that would be right for them. Any suggesstions on what I can put in this basket?
What to put in a wedding gift basket?
What are they into? For instance: If they're into movies, then put some movie rental gift certificates and gourmet snacks. Or. If they're in to wine, then include a nice bottle and some wine wafers.
If you don't know, then go with something usable like rolled up kitchen towels or fancy guest towels for the bathroom.
I hope this helps...
Reply:maybe look at all their registion and fill it will the small inexsencive things on there. or a bath room basket. or pick a room of the house and make it for that room.. you could get a little fun for the bedroom. but if you know them well fill it with thing they would like, thing maybe know one else would understand but you all. or movies, books , popcorn, blanketts, stuff for a movie night..
Reply:You could by some lotions, fruit, candies (you know little munchies for them). You could buy a gift card to put in there with wine a 2 glasses.
Reply:Maybe not candles but wine and a pitcure frame something you know they will use.
hope it helps
Reply:yeah well i would put things they would put into use maybe little things for the home or anything like that. candles doesnt really sound that bad acutally
Reply:mixed nuts
Reply:Alright, forget the wine and keep the candles. If you know what their home will be decorated like you could get them a nice set of napkins and have them monagramed. Or maybe a nice set of bath towels. Stuff you may give for a housewarming would work.
Reply:I think everyone likes candles go to like a little shop that sells different candles also how about a picture frame and some bath oils and towls
