The kids are now in college. We have cut holiday gifts down to a gift basket for the whole family (edible goodies, and a few other odds and ends). Every year I struggle with what to include. I don't want to give the same thing every year. Any ideas?
Can you suggest some Christmas gift ideas for my brother-in-law and family?

Reply:games, movies, yummy snacks, candles, gift cards to restaurants or movie passes, wine, beers, massagers, blankets, slippers, scarves, mugs with cocoa mix, books, magazine subscriptions, newspaper subscription, puzzles, art supplies
Just go to the store and wader around and pick up things you think they'd like or things you know you'd like to receive in a basket for your family.

Reply:My favorite gift website is Leading Edge Gifts - they have really unique ideas. You can choose from a truly unique caricature, which would incorporate their likes %26amp; hobbies, or buy them a share of stock in their favorite company, or for something less expensive, give them their own domain name (for instance, johndoefamily.com, and they would never have to change their email address again!), or a personalized caricature icon for an email signature, or blog (if they have one). The direct website is http://www.leadingedgegifts.com.
Good luck!

Reply:Different coffees, maybe a special ornament (either a family one or a personalized one for each of them), a puzzle for them to all assemble together, hot chocolate, popcorn, a DVD...you could do a theme, like a movie theme with popcorn, snacks and a Blockbuster gift card.
Reply:when in doubt the gift card is always a good choice
