I am starting a gift basket business, and I'm not sure where I can sell my baskets. Any ideas? Please help!!

Reply:Start by listing your baskets %26amp; business info on FREE classified ad websites. That way you can start by selling them in your own city so that you deal directly with customers who pick them up and pay CASH. Don't spend any money on eBay or other sites that charge you to list them, or go through all the set up of taking online orders until you test the market in your own city first. A gift basket is like cosmetics... people won't buy them online until they know your products and have sampled them first. Here is a list of some excellent FREE classified ad websites. Ironically, one of them is OWNED by eBay.

One way is to offer them to real estate agents to give to their new home buyers as a congratulation gift. You can do this buy creating a full color sales flyer with a picture of one of your gift baskets and describe what's in the gift basket and what it cost and mail them to local real estate offices.

Reply:Ebay or amazon, craigslist ( you will have to sell it chip and repost it often but it is totally free). My recommendation is Ebay, it's easy, secure, you can charge a few $$ extra for shipping and if you do it right you can make a killing.
